“"STAFF IS THE BEST"
First let me say I am a flight attendant, so I stay at ALOT of hotels. This is the first hotel I feel I need to review. I worked at flight into Rapid City on Christmas eve and was to leave the next day, unfortunately a blizzard changed that and I ended up staying 3 additional days. The rooms are clean and the whole hotel is really nice, one of the better hotels my company puts us up in. The staff was so awesome during my stay as I got stuck there on Christmas. They did everything in their power to make our stay feel more like home. I think because this is a privately owned hotel instead of a big chain type hotel it feels more like a home instead of a business. Can't wait to work another flight and overnight there!!!!!!“

“"Great place on a budget!"
In light of trying to keep costs down this summer with vacationing, discovered this place which had great reviews and decent price compared to other hotels in the area. A short 5 minute drive to downtown. A good half way point between mount rushmore, black hills, and badlands, only about a half hour drive to all three. Outdoor pool was a nice bonus, we would lounge there for a bit after a long day of sightseeing. Free trolley pickup also nearby within walking distance that shuttles to downtown rapid city. Room was clean and maid service everyday. Bathroom and rug could benefit from an update, but not by any means a dealbreaker for us. Relatively quiet, most people like us gone during the day and really only at the hotel to sleep. One thing that seemed like false advertisement was the fitness center...which consists of 20 year old equipment, and only a treadmill and eliptical.
